Lot Fees For the "other parks" pricing, I have compared it with 10 of the best parks in a 2-hour radius, got their season rate, divided it by the months they are open getting their monthly value and multiplied it by 10 months a year. Example: Season fee $4,500 / 6 months of operation = $750 a month x 10 months = $7,500 would be the value of their season fee if they were open 10 months a year. The fee paid in 12 installments a year = $625 a month (This example is the actually average number)
Unit pricing You will be able to find Keystone Retreats and Crossroads Hampton's advertised by dealers on line from anywhere between $60,000 to $80,000 depending on some options and market place where these dealers are located (it is often that the real price is thousands above advertised) But let's say you are able to buy one for $50,000 plus tax and use this number for comparison.
Other Parks and dealer pricing (Dealer price) $50,000 + tax Estimated monthly payment on 240 month term @5.9% interest and $o downpayment = $401.53 including taxes. Lot fee based on the 12 month payment term = $625 + tax = $706.25
