Lot Fees For the "other parks" pricing, I have compared it with 10 of the best parks in a 2-hour radius, got their season rate, divided it by the months they are open getting their monthly value and multiplied it by 10 months a year. Example: Season fee $4,500 / 6 months of operation = $750 a month x 10 months = $7,500 would be the value of their season fee if they were open 10 months a year. The fee paid in 12 installments a year = $625 a month (This example is the actually average number)
